Chairman's Message

Welcome to SJTU Department of Physics, one of the oldest physics department in China! After having experienced a rather tough history, she has begun a new round of speedy development. Now we have two CAS (Chinese Academic of Sciences) academicians and four Changjiang Chair Professors. Till nowadays, We have done and keep doing excellent research on theoretical physics, condensed matter, optics, and optical engineering.
